Building Your Foundation had you investing in the knowledge, verbiage, and informational tools to define and understand mediumship and psychic work. Now it's time to take it to the next level with a deeper dive into meditation, creating sacred space and working towards keenly recognizing and feeling the difference within when you are receiving Spirit vs psychic information . We will practice seeing aura's and exercising the third eye muscles. We will learn how to- and the importance of- tuning in and out of our connection. We will discuss boundaries and how to create them with this work and how this can impact your energy and connection. This class will help you to focus on and digger deeper into interpreting the signs and information you're receiving when connected. We will also begin to spend time in sacred circle learning how to hold space while we give and receive messages. Yes even via Zoom… it’s quite amazing!

Have you always felt connected to something? Are you already a healer? Are you being called to understand something bigger than yourself? Do you know how powerful your intuition really is? Are you ready to step into that power and take control?
This class might be just what you need to settle into your gifts, allow them to unfold and bring you closer to your highest and best self. Closer to your truth.
The foundation of any structure is what give it strength. I believe that having a solid foundation of understanding as you begin to unfold your spiritual gifts will give those gifts strength and allow you to develop with comfort, faith and ease.
This intensive 8 week class will help you begin to build an understanding of mediumship and psychic work. This understanding will give strength to your individual connection to the other side and help you develop a deeper understanding of Spirit connections. You will learn how, and begin to, create your own personal language with Spirit that will help you not only help you begin to communicate with Spirit, angels and the divine, but it will also help you gain greater insight to your own intuition and connection to self.
This course will start at the very beginning helping you to differentiate between psychic and Spirit connections, how to begin to create proper boundaries and stay in the light and how to not only honor but invite your Spirit loved ones to help you on this journey. We will continue on to understanding how circles work and how to maintain a spiritual practice that will allow your connection to grow and ultimately to get you started understanding how to give (and receive) messages ethically and with integrity.
NO experience is necessary. This will be an online zoom class.

I loved having in person practice circles last spring and was thinking about scheduling them again but only if there is enough interest in participation.
They would be Wednesday nights at 6:30pm with an investment of $33 each class.

I have decided to offer a 1 on 1 mentorship program ~ open to only 4 students of any level.
This is a 12 hour program starting in June that will include 2 calls per month and more. All designed towards what you need to fill your own personal goals of growth, expansion and connection to Spirit.
I have 1 opening left on Mondays at 5pm and 2 spots on Wednesdays at 2pm and 6pm.

Healing is free
I will always add any names requested to the healing box at the loft. Just send an email with the names you’d like added, first name is all I need. You could even say will you send healing to my neighbor if you don’t know their name. Always for the highest and best for all involved and with light and love as the instigator.
