I believe email is the best way for me to stay in touch with you. It’s definitely the best way for you reach me. Social media is not reliable and I would rather connect with you outside of those type platforms.

Every week I send out a message channeled from Spirit. It is called Spirit Message Sunday and goes out on Sunday mornings. This is a moment of connection to Spirit where I am open to share whatever message comes through me. Often it is a message from a loved one who has crossed over reaching out to say hello and sometimes it is Angelic or Divine in nature or guidance from a Higher being.
Once each month I send out my schedule of available appointments and any classes, events or other goings on I have to share. After a few days I then post that information here on my website so signing up for my mailing list will give you all the information earliest.
On occasion I may send out details highlighting an event or to let you know if I plan to go live on one of my social media accounts.
